
A sunny recipe to sip: the Strawberry mango pineapple smoothie ! We love its pretty coral color and its delicious fruit taste. An easy-to-make vitamin drink with just 4 ingredients.
I love smoothies, and you? They're so simple and easy to make, there's no reason to deprive yourself... This strawberry smoothie is full of sunshine and can be made in just a few minutes. Get your blenders out!
What ingredients for this strawberry smoothie?
Strawberries : beautiful, tasty seasonal strawberries, the strawberries you find on the market are ideal!
Mango : a very ripe mango which will have a lot of aroma, it is ideal in a smoothie.
Pineapple : also very ripe, it’s perfect for it to bring out all its flavor!
Coconut milk : this is a carton of vegetable milk from the milk section (not a can). This coconut milk contains a lot of water which is better for a smoothie. You can replace it with another vegetable milk according to your tastes.

How to make a strawberry smoothie?
Ideally you need a blender : a blender or hand blender can also work.
The way forward is extremely simple : pour the prepared and cut fruits into the blender bowl and then add coconut milk. And that's it!
NB: if you want a more liquid consistency, just add a little coconut milk when mixing.
So we mix until we get a nice smooth consistency, and then you can pour into 2 or 3 glasses (it depends on their size).
My opinion on the KitchenAid blender
The American brand offered me to test its Super Craftsman Blender. A high-end, very powerful blender that can mix frozen fruit, ice cream or dried fruit.

I already know KitchenAid products well, and this blender is no exception. It's sturdy! I also like its large, very practical graduated bowl, and especially its 11 speeds that allow you to do everything.
I really want to try other preparations using this KitchenAid Super Blender, like gazpachos, pestos or spreads!

- 250 g strawberries
- 1 ananas
- 1 mango
- 1 tall glass of coconut milk according to desired texture
- Cut the fruit into pieces and pour into the blender bowl.
- Add the coconut milk, mix and it's ready!
