A new recipe after a few weeks of silence!
I'm really short on time at the moment to post here...
In fact, I'm preparing a surprise for you, a nice project that I'm working on and that I'll tell you about again by this summer!
To keep you going until then, I offer you this delicious recipe for Kinder® truffled chocolate brownies.
Simple recipe, success at the rendezvous.
- Kinder® Brownies (square mold 24x24cm)
- Preheat the oven to 180°C conventional heat.
- Melt 220g of baking chocolate in the microwave or bain-marie then set aside.
- In a bowl, beat 220g of butter and 350g of brown sugar until creamy.
- Add 3 whole eggs, previously softened with a fork.
- Complete by adding 160g of flour, 40g of bitter cocoa powder, 1 tsp of baking powder.
- Add the melted chocolate.
- Finish by adding 7 roughly chopped Kinder® Maxi to this preparation (you can put more, it's as you wish).
- Pour the dough into a buttered and floured mold or one lined with baking paper (my choice).
- Bake for 35 minutes then leave to cool in the mold.
